Although the government have removed Covid cleaning requirements,

we continue to follow the old rules as best practice

• The Haven and Low Haven are cleaned professionally. We follow a disinfectant regime.

• All high touch areas are disinfected (door handles, light switches, remote controls, pots and pans, furniture, bathrooms and all surfaces)

• There is a hand sanitiser when you enter both properties. This is Alcohol and PHMB free, vegan friendly and cruelty free. This is tested to EN1275, 1276 etc and kills 99.9999% of germs such as E-coli, C-Diff, MRSA and Norovirus, please use this regularl​​y

• The dishwasher will have been loaded and set off on a high temperature wash to ensure thorough cleanliness. Unfortunately on occasions guests will have to empty the dishwasher on arrival.

• All bed linen and towels have been washed at a high temperature​​

​

• Welcome pack for every individual guest stay - tea towel washed at high temperature & other items disposed of after use

​

• Coffee, Tea, Milk etc provided for every individual guest stay
